Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can follow its progress from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping Time
We currently offer standard free shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days for all orders.

Important Note
Unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues, customs processes, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events. If your delivery is delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We are dedicated to keeping you informed and helping resolve any issues.

Order Cancellation & Modification
You have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request any changes or cancellations. If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer support at wanadshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. After 24 hours, your order may already be processed and shipped, and we may not be able to accommodate changes. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate as wallbara is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

International Shipping
Currently, wallbara only ships within the US. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you don’t receive this, please contact us at wanadshop@gmail.com, and we will provide the tracking information. You can also track your order using our tracking page.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received?
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or family members to see if they received it on your behalf.

  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation email for accuracy.

  • Contact the shipping carrier to inquire about the delivery and request proof of non-delivery.

If you are still unable to locate your package, send us the proof of non-delivery, and we will issue a refund as soon as possible.
