Returns and Refunds
You are eligible to request a return and refund within 90 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

Faulty Items: If the item you receive is faulty or does not work as expected, please provide a photo or video showing the issue within 90 days of receipt. Upon reviewing the evidence, we will issue a full refund without requiring you to return the item.

Items Not as Described, Unwanted, or No Longer Needed: If the item is not faulty but does not meet your expectations, or you simply no longer need it, contact us within 90 days of receiving the product to initiate a return. We will issue a full refund once the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. You have an additional 90 days to return the item after notifying us. Please note that return shipping fees are not refundable in this case.

Sale Items: Sale items are eligible for the same refund policies as full-priced items.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item is damaged due to self-repair attempts or repairs by unauthorized third parties.
Warranty Policy
wallbara.com provides a 9-month manufacturer's warranty from the purchase date, covering defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, such as dropping the product or misuse. Under this warranty, wallbara.com will repair or replace the defective item at no cost. Please note, refunds are not issued under the manufacturer's warranty—only replacements or repairs.
